Merchants are from Mars, Developers are from Uranus

Paraphrasing the old "battle of the sexes" Mars vs Venus line, this is the name of a talk our CEO gave about Communication Styles and making sure that we, as developers and agencies, think about our clients, the Merchants that send us requests and sometimes miss the mark on how urgent a task is because it all is important for their e-commerce stores and the end customers. 

It is a reminder to always be kind, friendly, communicative, and professional in our interactions. It was also a priceless opportunity to say URANUS! at a large industry conference...  because professional devs can also be 5 year old sometimes.
