Before partnering with us, Arcane Herb wasn't happy with their current basic Shopify site, and found it lacked ease of editing for their internal team. While the site functioned, it lacked the capability for wholesale transactions and didn’t align with the brand’s aesthetic vision.
To address Arcane Herb's challenges, we conducted an extensive theme hunt to identify the themes that best met their unique needs and aesthetic vision. We applied styling customizations across the site to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand presentation. Enhancing the website’s visual and functional elements created a seamless user experience that aligned with Arcane Herb's brand identity.
We also implemented advanced eCommerce features to improve the site's functionality. The Shopify Search & Discovery app was integrated to enhance product discovery, search, and browsing. We supported the Arcane Herb team in creating filters by tag so customers can shop by herb type or health interest.
We also introduced the Wholesale Helper suite of apps to support wholesale transactions, making the site more efficient for wholesale customers. This allowed them to apply tag based discounts, and have a form on their website for customers to sign up for wholesale.
