He earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has over 20 years of development experience at NASA, HP, and top agencies. He built Netalico to be the tech partner you wished you had internally without the overhead, training costs, or management headaches.

Katherine acts as your dedicated operations director – keeping projects on track, budgets transparent, and communication crystal clear. As a certified PMP with 10+ years in creative leadership, she handles all the project management complexity so you can focus on running your business instead of managing contractors.

Bianca came from a entrepreneurship background, and has worked with a variety of businesses in the digital marketing space for the past 5 years. She has a strong background in B2B & B2C marketing, and enjoys helping clients use visual storytelling to convert fans into paid customers. She has experience growing countless eCommerce stores since being at Netalico and loves being able to turn a clients' dreams into reality.

Alasdair has an entrepreneurial background that spans over 15 years (much longer if you count his car-washing business at age 9!) and has seen him wearing many hats. He’s grown and managed a portfolio of successful e-commerce businesses and cofounded a community organization where he guides nature-based trips and retreats. He finds great joy in leading teams, delighting clients and bringing a vision to life.

Camille has more than a decade of experience in leadership, operations, and sales, creating a unique blend of strategic thinking and practical execution. She is passionate about storytelling through design, leveraging creative vision to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. She's known for building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.

Scott has 15+ years of experience in eCommerce and site optimization, pairing a strong creative background with a focus on simple, user-friendly experiences. He loves turning ideas into clear game plans, bringing a team-sport mindset to keep projects collaborative, organized, and moving toward the win.

Lisa becomes your conversion rate expert without the $120K+ salary. Having optimized UX for 50+ eCommerce companies, she knows exactly which design changes drive sales and which ones tank conversion rates. Think of her as your senior UX director – available when you need her, scalable as you grow.

When she’s not deep in Shopify or Klaviyo, you’ll likely find her out surfing in Hawai‘i, walking her golden retriever Sunny, or catching up on true-crime shows.

Sandra has vast experience in eCommerce development for clients all over the world, from Shopify to BigCommerce. She’s always been passionate about combining art and creativity with technology, and she continuously experiments with it as a front-end developer by improving UX and designing pixel-perfect interfaces.
