We are a small, hands-on team with broad experience in front and back end development, project management, UX design, and marketing.
Nervous about commitment? That's okay! Within our retainers, we don't lock you in to a long-term contract but rather have 30 day cancellation terms. Or, we offer pre-paid hourly packages as a great alternative for projects that don't require an ongoing commitment. For those larger site builds, we can also offer a separate Discovery Package so our teams get a feel for working together. We hope you decide to work with us for the full build, but you'll walk away with a clear strategy and site architecture plan either way.

About 85% of our clients work with us on an ongoing, monthly basis. We view your eCommerce site as a living, breathing machine. This means that there are continous updates to meet new industry standards, stay on top of seasonal specials, or a quick app integration. Looking for support on a larger projec? Never fear! We are pros with Shopify rethemes, site migrations, and full custom design sites.
We always lean on our core value of empowerment to build a site that YOU know how to update so we can continue to collaborate on impactful projects rather than small, little tweaks. Unless you don't want to do those tiny things yourself - then hey, use our team for those too!
Monthly Retainers
Looking for regular, ongoing support? All retainers have a dedicated Project Manager, access to a Trello Board as your project management tool, general site maintenance, urgent site support, and more. Plans typically range from 30-60+ hours per month, although we're happy to customize based on your team's needs.
Shopify Retheme
Is your site on a Shopify 2.0 theme? Launched in 2021, this update provides enhanced custom options, more robust sections across the site, better metafields, and more. Our team has a robust theme audit to find the best match for the UX of your product and brand story to ensure this process is as smooth and seamless as possible.

Not happy with your current platform? It happens! Sometimes we outgrow previous solutions or the dynamic of your business evolves that a different platform makes the most sense. As Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento partners, we're confident we can find the best fit for you.
Custom Site Build
Are you looking for a fully custom designed site? Fancy! Let's do it. We'll still select one of our eComm platform partners as the CMS, then start designing and coding from there.
Sheets & Giggles launched a retheme of their custom Shopify site onto a new 2.0 theme in October 2023. With an initial investment of $25k, we were able to go a step beyond MVP to implement a custom collection page and bundle builder.
Since the launch, we have continued on a small retainer to continue with iterative changes to optimize the mobile navigation, enhance the UX of the drawer cart, and create easier editing solutions for product details.
Limitless Walls migrated from Magento 1 to Shopify Plus in 2022 with an initial investment of $40k. The team decided to migrate in order to have a more streamlined and intuitive interface for managing products and orders with built-in features to customize and add functionality to the store.
The migration included many custom elements such as integrating with Adobe’s API to pull images into the site, as well as mockup images, and cropper tool.
The Limitless Walls team continues to work with Netalico on an ongoing retainer for both their main site as well as their contract B2B site.
Milestones has collaborated with Netalico on a monthly retainer since 2021. Slow and steady is the name of the game for this LA based jewelry "fashioner" and online retailer.
The founder Ashleigh has made iterative changes to the site such as a custom designed navigation, integration with Rebuy for targeted cross-sell and upsell recommendations, email & SMS marketing strategy and support.
