Silverist partnered with us 1.5 years ago to prepare for their highly anticipated site launch. The build took a phased approach, starting with a "coming soon" landing page, followed by a blog launch to provide educational resources, and finally, the full eCommerce site launch this August. Silverist is dedicated to celebrating the beauty of gray hair, offering products, education, and community support for those embracing their silver strands.
The Silverist site is designed to embody the brand’s mission of empowerment, offering customers a seamless shopping experience along with valuable content to guide their silver hair journey.
Each element of the site has been carefully crafted to reflect this mission. The product pages not only highlight beautiful imagery but also provide comprehensive details on ingredients, benefits, and customer reviews. The blog is thoughtfully organized by topic, making it easy for users to find relevant content.
With any site launch, having a solid email marketing strategy is essential. We worked closely with Silverist to develop a pre-launch welcome message for early subscribers, building anticipation for the brand’s debut. Post-launch, we crafted key automated flows, including Abandon Cart & Checkout, Browse Abandonment, and a comprehensive Welcome Series, ensuring continuous engagement with all of the new customers.
