Mark brings over 15 years of web development expertise and over 8 years of eCommerce development experience working with Magento, Shopify, and WordPress design. Prior to founding Netalico, Mark worked for multiple web development agencies, startups, Hewlett Packard and NASA.

CHIEF DESIGN OFFICER

Lisa has helped 25+ companies sell more of all sorts of products online through creating data-driven, intuitive, and conversion-centric user experiences. With experience in in-house eCommerce marketing, conversion rate optimization, and creative direction, she brings a well-rounded approach to UX design.

John Davis

ECOMMERCE ARCHITECT

John has worked in the retail and eCommerce industry for over 18 years. He previously managed eCommerce for a golf component retailer and discount golf clubs, apparel, and shoe industry brand. He has extensive experience with implementing multichannel solutions and ChannelAdvisor, UPS ConnectShip, and ERP integrations.

Alex has been developing websites on php for almost 2 decades. He gradually fell in love with and started specializing in eCommerce, and now he spends most of his days in the world of Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce.

Emily Pepperman

ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

Emily offers a unique blend of customer service and technical web expertise. She has built websites for a range of clients in many diverse verticals for over 20 years. Most recently, she worked as an in-house Magento Specialist with an eCommerce company selling specialized scuba equipment. She has extensive experience finding and solving website issues and implementing IT, warehouse, and ERP integrations.

Tamara Wilder

PROJECT MANAGER

Tamara has worked for a vast array of organizations from government entities, embassies, and international corporations to small mom and pop businesses. She has a talent for understanding the needs of different customers and the uniqueness of each requirement. As our local cat herder/wrangler, she focuses on using processes and digital collaborative tools to make everyone’s life a little easier.

Andressa Bertolini

FRONT-END DEVELOPER

Andressa has about 6 years of experience converting designs to code. Most of her experience has been working in digital agencies, she has worked on the most varied types of projects with a diverse range of technologies, adapting to new challenges is her strongest characteristic.

Katherine has wide skill set as an experienced designer and leader skilled in project and people management, all forms of communication, and graphic design. She has over 10 years of experience in the creative field and is a certified Project Management Professional. She loves connecting with a brand to craft their voice and identity.

Norman Francis

SENIOR ECOMMERCE ENGINEER

Norman's decade of web development experience has seen him working with a wide variety of technologies including Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify. He enjoys wrangling tough problems and taking ideas from concept to realization.

Sandra Durovic

ECOMMERCE ENGINEER

Sandra has vast experience in eCommerce development for clients all over the world, from Shopify to BigCommerce. She’s always been passionate about combining art and creativity with technology, and she continuously experiments with it as a front-end developer by improving UX and designing pixel-perfect interfaces. Oh, but this doesn’t mean she’s afraid to get her hands dirty by working on back-end challenges when needed.

Bianca came from a entrepreneurship background, and has worked with a variety of businesses in the digital marketing space for the past 5 years. She has a strong background in B2B & B2C marketing, and enjoys helping clients use visual storytelling to convert fans into paid customers. As a project manager, she has experience managing a variety of creative projects and loves being able to turn a clients' dreams into reality.
