The Founder Who Built Netalico's AI-Citation Research Agent

Mark Lewis is the founder of Netalico, a Shopify Plus Premier Partner agency he started in 2013. An engineer whose background includes enterprise systems work at NASA, and a fractional ecommerce and Shopify CTO for several larger brands, Mark has led hundreds of Shopify builds and migrations.

He also built Netalico's in-house, multi-model AI-citation research agent, the tool that probes how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI rank a store. Netalico's view of agentic commerce is his: brands that treat their product content as a dataset, not a brochure, are the ones AI will recommend and buy from.
