Magento 1 to BigCommerce Migration
Brondell’s Magento 1 site had served their bidet and healthy home product business well for years, but it was time to update and upgrade the site to a more modern foundation. After weighing their ecommerce platform options, Brondell chose BigCommerce for its flexibility and ability to integrate with complex backend systems, so they could more easily manage their website and product information as the business continues to grow across all channels.
As Brondell’s web partner for 4+ years, Netalico was involved in every step of the replatform project. We designed and developed the new site with fully custom and flexible homepage modules, PDP, content pages, and cart designs. We integrated their marketing stack, Netsuite ERP, and migrated their customer data for a seamless transition to BigCommerce. We also worked with their analytics and SEO teams to ensure their data tracking continued smoothly.
Brondell’s future plans include adding subscriptions via ReCharge for their filter refill products, integrating a PIM for easier product management across sales channels, and a warranty registration process to capture first-party data from customers of their wholesale partners. Brondell now can make updates to their website much more easily, and they’re primed for future growth.
