The partner you choose should be specific about each of the criteria below.

  1. BigCommerce-side expertise on the team. A team that has migrated five BigCommerce stores knows the gotchas (Embedded payment provider migration, channel listings, B2B price list translation, BigCommerce app substitutions) that a Shopify-only team will discover the hard way on your dime.
