By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:
What's Included
- Each package includes the services listed on the product page.
- Any additional work outside of the package scope requires a separate agreement.
Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required upfront.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Netalico is unable to deliver the agreed service.
Client Responsibilities
- You must provide the necessary access and information for us to complete the work.
- Delays in providing access or responses may extend project timelines.
Communication & Support

Business Hours Availability: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM Eastern Time
- Follow-up questions may require an additional support package.
Expiration
- Audits: This package must be used within 90 days from purchase.
- Hours Package: Hours must be used within 6 months from purchase.
Results & Liability
- We provide expert recommendations and best practices, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, compliance, or performance improvements.
- We are not responsible for issues resulting from client-side implementation, third-party tools, or changes made after our work is completed.
Notice and Consent to Recording.
- To ensure accuracy and quality of service, Netalico may record and transcribe audio or video meetings between both parties.
- Transcripts are confidential and used solely for tracking service requests.
- Clients may opt-out of transcriptions at any time. A copy of the transcript can be provided upon request.
Portfolio Release.
- Client grants Netalico permission to use their brand name, logo, general service descriptions, and outcomes of the work for marketing purposes.
- This may include display on Netalico’s website, portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Confidential information will never be shared.
